If you are a parent/guardian, student, or staff member and have a concern or a request, please complete a request via the appropriate form below:

PLEASE NOTE: If you believe a student is in immediate danger, please do not use the links below. If it is during school hours, please contact the office (661-871-7221) and ask for the counseling department or the dean’s office. If it is outside of school hours, please call law enforcement (BPD: 661-327-7111 or Sheriff’s Department: 661-861-3110 OR 911 for all emergencies).
